Dru Yoga can be practiced by people of all fitness levels and abilities. Our joints are kept relaxed and soft during movement (as in Tai chi), thus creating flexibility. The soft flowing movements help to release tension physically, mentally and emotionally, leaving you feeling vibrant, energised, positive and empowered.

Dru yoga releases tension, busyness & stress, to create an inner stillness of peace & calm, the Dru still point.
